PayPal

To pay with PayPal, you need a PayPal account.
If you don’t have a PayPal account or prefer not to sign in, you can easily pay via the PayPal guest checkout using your credit card or direct debit.

After completing your order, you will be securely redirected to the PayPal website via an SSL-encrypted connection.
Please note that your preferred delivery address must also be saved as your shipping address in your PayPal account.

When using PayPal Express, simply click the "Direct to PayPal" button on the cart page. You’ll be redirected to PayPal where you can log in and follow the instructions.
Your address details will then be transferred from PayPal to our shop for you to review and confirm your order.

Credit Card (via PayPal Checkout)

Payments by credit card are processed securely via PayPal. A PayPal account is not required.

You can pay with Visa, Maestro or MasterCard. Your credit card details are transmitted via a secure SSL connection.
For MasterCard or Visa payments, additional authentication may be required (3D Secure: Verified by Visa | MasterCard SecureCode).
Please note that your card will be charged immediately after completing the order, regardless of product availability.

Apple Pay

With Apple Pay, you can pay quickly and securely – without cards or cash. Simply select Apple Pay at checkout and confirm your purchase using Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode.
Your information remains encrypted and protected, and the amount will be charged to your linked card as usual. Simple, secure, and contactless.

Amazon Pay

To use Amazon Pay, you need an Amazon account.
When selecting Amazon Pay, you’ll be redirected from the shopping cart directly to the Amazon payment page.
Your address details will then be transferred from Amazon to our shop.

Prepayment / Bank Transfer

As soon as we receive your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email including our bank details for the transfer.
SEPA transfers usually take one business day; paper-based transfers can take up to two business days.
If you need more than 7 days to complete your payment, please contact us by phone or email.

Purchase on Invoice (🇩🇪)

The purchase on invoice option is handled by Ratepay/PayPal.

PLEASE NOTE
Ratepay conducts an identity and credit check in its own name when you choose “Purchase on Invoice.” If Ratepay determines that a customer is not eligible, a notification will be displayed immediately, and no Ratepay contract will be established. The customer will then be redirected back to the merchant’s payment page.

You need a PayPal account to use this payment method.
With PayPal Pay Later, you agree with PayPal on a deferred payment date or installment plan.

Payments via SEPA Direct Debit are processed by PayPal. A PayPal account is not required.

Please note that the invoice amount will be debited from your account immediately after completing the order, regardless of product availability.

You’ll be redirected to your Dutch bank and confirm the payment directly in your online banking. The amount is debited immediately and transmitted to us.

Cash on Delivery (🇩🇪)

The cash-on-delivery option is only available in combination with DHL shipping. Payment is made directly to the DHL courier upon delivery.

🇨🇭 🌎 Information about orders from Switzerland and non-EU countries

The product prices displayed in our online shop include German VAT. For countries that are not members of the European Union (EU), only the net price will be charged. Once you have registered and logged in, the shop will automatically display net prices for international orders outside the EU.

🇨🇭 Swiss customs regulations for private individuals (postal shipments)
Every shipment from abroad to Switzerland is subject to customs duties and VAT. In postal traffic, the customer is considered the importer and is responsible for paying any applicable charges.
