🇨🇭 🌎 Information about orders from Switzerland and non-EU countries
The product prices displayed in our online shop include German VAT. For countries that are not members of the European Union (EU), only the net price will be charged. Once you have registered and logged in, the shop will automatically display net prices for international orders outside the EU.
🇨🇭 Swiss customs regulations for private individuals (postal shipments)
Every shipment from abroad to Switzerland is subject to customs duties and VAT. In postal traffic, the customer is considered the importer and is responsible for paying any applicable charges. These fees (import tax and postal handling fee) are collected by Swiss Post upon delivery. For more information, please visit the website of the Swiss Federal Customs Administration.
🌎 Customs regulations for other non-EU countries
Details on the customs regulations of non-EU countries can be found on the respective national customs authority websites.
