🚚 Delivery Times
Fast Shipping:
Orders placed on business days before 2:00 PM are usually shipped the same day – provided all items are immediately available. For prepayment, the shipping time starts from when payment is received.
Please note that no address changes are possible after shipment.
Delivery Duration:
Shipping is carried out with DHL or DPD and usually takes 1–2 business days. There is no delivery on Sundays or public holidays.
DHL Express delivers within 1 business day, Monday to Friday.
You will automatically receive a shipping confirmation with tracking on the shipping day.
Mixed Orders:
If you order items with different delivery times, we ship the order together once all items are ready. The delivery time is then determined by the item with the longest delivery time. If you would like a partial shipment, please contact our customer service.

Delivery time varies depending on the parcel service and the delivery address. If you are logged in, delivery times are automatically displayed for your location. Without login, standard delivery times for Germany are shown.
Please note that shipments outside the EU usually have a longer transit time.
Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details. You can track the shipment on the website of the respective parcel service. For shipments outside the EU, the exact delivery date may depend on local logistics partners.

Orders from Switzerland and Non-EU Countries
The prices shown in our online shop include German VAT. For countries outside the European Union, only the net price is charged. After registration and login, net prices are automatically displayed for orders outside the EU.
🇨🇭 Swiss Customs Regulations
Every shipment from abroad to Switzerland is subject to customs duties and Swiss VAT. The recipient is considered the importer and pays these fees directly to Swiss Post (import tax and clearance fee). Further information can be found on the website of the Swiss Federal Customs Administration.
📦 Customs for Other Non-EU Countries

💰 VAT Refund
After export to a non-EU country, the VAT may be refunded. Please send us the original, customs-stamped export documents by post. The processing fee for the refund is 25 €.
