RETURN PORTAL

This return portal is a voluntary service of der-rollenshop.live, which can be used under the following conditions.

Chargeable service in case of revocation or exchange
You are welcome to request a parcel stamp for the return of your items in the event of a revocation or exchange.
The return label is charged with 5,50 EUR for normal parcels and with 15,00 EUR for bulcky parcels.
The charge is made directly with the creation of the credit note by reducing the credit note amount accordingly. This service is available for returns within Germany.

Free use in case of wrong delivery and defective goods within the legal warranty period
If a defect occurs in one of your items within the legal warranty period or you receive an incorrect delivery, you can request a parcel stamp for the return shipment via this portal.
In these cases, the return shipment is of course free of charge. If you have not already done so, please contact our service team before returning the item. In case of defects, use our reclamation form to inform us.

Also for the return of the testwheels: simply fill out.  

Please note:
The return portal is a voluntary service of der-rollenshop.live.
Both the right of withdrawal and the warranty period remain unaffected.
The use of the return portal is not necessary for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
The revocation can also be exercised in any other way using an explicit declaration.

Request Return Label

Please double-check the information you've entered, then click [Request Return Label]. Within a few minutes, you will receive the shipping label via email. Print the return label, stick it on your package, and drop it off at a DHL branch. (Alternatively, you can use the QR code included in the email to print the label at a post office or Packstation.)

Please keep the drop-off receipt until your refund or exchange is complete. Also remember to fill out and include our return form, which you received via email along with your invoice. Thank you!

Please conscientiously pack the goods for the return shipment, so that they are not damaged on the transport route and keep the proof of receipt for the package until the refund or exchange has been completed.
